Abstract
Claims
OCR06WT1. Airlift Bioreactor System consists of: - A fermenter (3) which is a cylindrical tank with walls around it. - A lid (1) mounted on top of the fermenter (3), with at least two device mounting openings, an air outlet (10), and a sample outlet (11). - An aeration pipe (4) mounted on the lid (1). The device mounting opening has a specific feature: - A cooling tank (2) attached to the fermenter (3) in the form of a cover over the walls of the fermenter (3). - Aeration blades (12) mounted on the bottom wall of the fermenter. (3)2. The bioreactor under claim 1 is further equipped with a pH meter, dissolved oxygen (DO) meter, or temperature meter, which is installed on the lid of the bioreactor (1) in the equipment installation slot.
3. The bioreactor under either claim 1 or 2 is further equipped with a mixer (15) which is installed connected to the mixer blades (12) on the bottom wall of the bioreactor (3).
4. The bioreactor under either claim 1 to 3 is further equipped with a stand (16) which is installed on the bottom of the bioreactor (3). 5.Bioreactors under claim 1 where the lid of the fermenter (1) and the fermenter (3) are attached with male nuts (6) and female nuts (7); 6. Bioreactors under claim 1 where the aeration pipe (4) is a long hollow tube at one end of which is a circle or oval shape with a number of air holes; 7. Bioreactors under claim 1 are further equipped with an aeration pump connected to the aeration pipe (4) to control the air flow rate;
