Claims
OCR10KL(01 / 02 / 2569)1.Frameless translucent roofing sheets have a special characteristic: they consist of two parts, a flat sheet (2) located in the middle, which serves to allow light to pass through, and corrugated sections (3) located on the two opposite edges of the frameless translucent roofing sheet (1). These sections are raised above the level of the flat sheet, creating a gap (4) for the overlapping of corrugated sections (3) of the frameless translucent roofing sheet (1) with corrugated sections (3) of another frameless translucent roofing sheet (1). The corrugations (3) are square or 2. Frameless translucent roofing sheets under Reputation 1 where the frameless translucent roofing sheets are made of one of the following materials: polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and fiberglass.
3. Frameless translucent roofing sheets under Reputation 1 and 2 where the frameless translucent roofing sheets (1) have a thickness of 0.5-15 mm width (A) or distance between the center point of the corrugated section (3) to the center point of the nearest corrugated section (3) 0.3-3 m length 0.3-12 m and corrugated section (3) height (B) which is the distance between the highest point of the corrugated section (3) and the level of the flat section (2) is 0.02-0.2 m.
4. Frameless translucent roofing sheets under any one of claims 1 to 3 in which the corrugated section (3) is perforated with screws through holes (6) of size 0.2-12 mm, which are supported by a rubber sheet (7) with a radius of 0.2-4 cm, which are perforated into the rafters (5) to fasten the frameless translucent roofing sheets (1) to the structure.
5. Frameless translucent roofing sheet under claim 4 in which the rubber sheet (7) is selectable from nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) or ethylene propylene diene monomer.
6. Frameless translucent roofing sheet under claim 4 in which screws pass through holes (6) on the corrugated section (3) at a spacing (C) of 0.1-1.5 m.
7. Manufacturing process of the frameless translucent roofing sheet under claim 1 in which the manufacturing process consists of the following steps: a. Place the raw material in the raw material hopper. b. Feed the raw material into the extruder. c.
8. Manufacturing process of frameless translucent roofing sheets according to claim 7, where the forming of the sheets in step c. may be extruded through a die into a flat sheet and the flat sheet is then stamped into shape by pressing or thermoforming using a die with a specific shape at the edges that will cause the frameless translucent roofing sheets (1) to have a corrugated shape (3), or the flat sheet is heated only at the edges to bend it into a corrugated shape (3). 9.The manufacturing process of frameless translucent roofing sheets under claim 8, where the flat sheets can be formed by casting (castcell) involves heating the raw material to 80-180°C through tempered glass or a metal mold, then boiling it in water at 70-80°C, followed by baking at 100-120°C, and finally cooling it to 60°C.
