Claims
OCR09WP22 / 10 / 25691. Wound dressing product made of polyvinyl alcohol combined with antibacterial carboxymethyl cellulose consisting of: - 60-70% by weight of polyvinyl alcohol - 10-20% by weight of carboxymethyl cellulose - 20-30% by weight of crosslinking agent, which consists of poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate mixed with the antibacterial agent chlorhexidine gluconate.
2. Manufacturing process of the wound dressing product made of polyvinyl alcohol combined with antibacterial carboxymethyl cellulose according to claim 1, which has the following steps: a. Introduction a. Place the prepared polyvinyl alcohol and carboxymethyl cellulose into beakers and stir both substances with a magnetic stirrer at a speed of 350 to 400 rpm at a temperature of 20 to 24 degrees Celsius for 3 to 4 hours. a. Add 10-15% by weight of crosslinking agent to the dissolved polyvinyl alcohol and carboxymethyl cellulose obtained from step a, and continue stirring with a magnetic stirrer at a speed of 350 to 400 rpm at a temperature of 20 to 24 degrees Celsius for 3 to 4 hours. c.Take the solution obtained from step b, which has been thoroughly mixed, and add 10-15% by weight of crosslinking agent. Continue mixing at a speed of 350 to 400 rpm at a temperature of 20 to 30 degrees Celsius for 3 to 4 hours. Pour the solution from step c into petri dishes, freeze them, and then freeze-thaw them at -15 to -20 degrees Celsius for 32 to 48 hours. Then, continue to store them at 20 to 40 degrees Celsius for 24 to 32 hours to obtain a wound dressing product from polyvinyl alcohol combined with antibacterial carboxymethylcellulose.
