Formulation and characterization of a cosmetic cream based on date palm by-products

Abstract

The present invention relates to the formulation of a novel cosmetic cream made from date palm by-products. Its oil phase consists of date kernel oil, while its aqueous phase is enriched with date syrup. Thanks to an optimized formulation process, this cream is distinguished by its light color, thus offering a pleasant texture and a luminous appearance. It has also been designed to be firm and resilient, ensuring long-lasting stability and easy application to the skin. This formula highlights natural ingredients, featuring natural sugars and polyphenols with antioxidant properties. This product can be used as a cosmetic treatment with anti-aging, nourishing, and moisturizing effects.
