Abstract
Description
TARIFF INNOVATION IN ONE-PIECE FRENCH BALCONY AND DEMOUNTABLE RAILING SYSTEMS. The invention relates to the innovation in the French balcony and demountable railing system, which consists of several parts, for safety and aesthetic purposes, and is designed to prevent falls on all types of balconies and terraces, such as normal balconies or French balconies. Nowadays, railing systems are used in French balconies, normal balconies, terraces, or areas where there is a risk of falling, both for protection and to provide an aesthetic appearance. However, some problems and difficulties are encountered in the manufacturing and installation of these systems. Certain preparations must be made before the installation process. The parts of the railing system to be installed are assembled and joined together. Therefore, this leads to losses in terms of time and money. The application numbered 2016 / 16884 addresses these types of problems in the model. This application describes a one-piece French balcony and demountable railing system that can be manufactured, painted, and assembled very easily without any prior preparation or welding. This application focuses on addressing some issues encountered with the one-piece product through R&D studies. The fact that the product is one-piece makes manufacturing very easy, but problems can arise during painting and transportation. Due to the surrounding sections (side uprights) in the product, there are large gaps between them during packaging, resulting in a lot of space being occupied. Also, because it is metal and one-piece, its weight is increased. Therefore, assembly on high ground is difficult and laborious. If there are measurement errors or misalignment during assembly, problems may occur during installation. The system described in the invention provides a solution to the aforementioned problems. The side uprights in the product are adjustable in a dome-like manner. The side uprights can be removed and reattached to the panel; the dimensions can be narrowed or widened using the side uprights; since the side uprights are removable, it takes up less space during packaging and transportation; and because it is modular, it is lighter and easier to assemble. In order for the invention to achieve its purpose, the system was constructed as described below, using the figures in the attached diagrams. These figures are: Figure 1 - Front view of a model of a railing system. Figure 2 - Rear general view of a model of a railing system. Figure 3 - Front view of a different model of the railing system. Figure 13 - View of a different application of the railing system. Figure 14 - A different, unapplied view of the railing system. Figure 15 - View of a different application of the railing system. Figure 16 - View of a different application of the railing system. The parts in the figure are numbered individually, and the parts corresponding to these numbers are explained below: 1- Panel a) Top handle b) Pattern area c) Connecting hole d) Strength of materials e) Side cover f) Hanging store 2- Side support a) Pattern area b) Mounting hole in the panel c) K vr ml section d) T machine e) Mounting hole f) Mounting clearance The panel (1) used in the railing system that is the subject of the invention has a top handle (la), pattern area (1b), assembly hole (1c), strength curves (1d), side cover (le) and hanging bracket (1f); the side post (2) has a pattern area (2a), panel mounting hole (2b), curved section (2c), bracket (2d), mounting holes (2e) and mounting gap (2f). The upper handle (la) on the panel (1) is made of kYr m and is in one piece and thanks to its kerihi_lmasD it increases the bending resistance of the panel (1). Motifs or designs can be applied in the pattern area (1b) as desired, lighting systems can be attached or glass, mica or plastic materials can be used in the pattern area (lb). The strength curvesΓ(İd) on the lower part of the panel (1) give the panel (1) extra resistance. The upper handle (la), pattern area (lb), strength kSr Ihlar Q(1 d) and the side covers (le) that close the edges of the upper handle (la) are made of one piece without any welding or other joining process. This makes the production process easy. The side uprights (2) are designed to be attached to and removed from the panel (1). The side uprights (2) can be mounted to the panel (1) in several different ways. As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, the section (2c) of the side uprights (2) can be on the front of the panel (1). Here, if there is a measurement error in the mounting area by applying the mounting holes (1c) on the panel (1) wider than the mounting holes (2b) on the side uprights (2), the side uprights (2) can be narrowed or widened during mounting. The side uprights (2) are mounted to the panel (1) using bolts and nuts. As shown in Figure 3, Figure 4 and Figure 5, the side uprights (2) can be mounted so that the section (2c) of the panel (1) remains behind it. The mounting holes (2b) on the side upright (2) are wide, and the mounting holes (1c) on the panel (1) are drilled according to the diameter of the panel. Thus, when looking at the panel (1), only the front part of the panel is visible. This creates a beautiful and pleasing appearance. In the model shown in Figures 6 and 7, the panel can be mounted by passing it through the mounting holes (2b) into the bolts (2d) on the side uprights (2). In this model, it is not necessary to use section (2c) on the side uprights (2). These models are easier to assemble and disassemble. The side uprights (2) and panel (1) can be fixed to each other at some points using a safety pin or bolt nut. A safety mechanism can be applied at one or more points for this operation. The system in question is mounted on the wall [fi inner kfsfiılarfia side upright (2) using known products (dowel, cSata etc.) through the mounting holes (2e) located on the side. As shown in Figure 8, the mounting holes (2e) can be cut to the sides and the wall fi al fi kBmfia, window or door frames can be mounted. Another application of the invention is in the model shown in Figure 9 and Figure 10; the upper handle (la) can be used separately from the panel (1). The upper handle (la), which can be in different shapes, is mounted from the mounting opening (2f) in the side upright (2). In these models, the strength caps (ld) located in the lower part of the panel (1) are also applied in the upper part. Another application of the invention is in the model shown in Figure 11 and Figure 12; use bolts (2d) in the section (2c) on the side upright (2). Mount the bolts (2d) through the mounting hole (1c) on the panel (1) that is suitable for the bolt (2d). This makes assembly much easier. After being brought to the appropriate dimensions, the mounting process is carried out by bolts and nuts through the mounting holes (1c) on the panel (1) and the mounting holes (2b) on the side upright (2). Another application of the invention is shown in the model in Figure 13; the hanging bracket on the panel can be easily attached to the upright, providing easy installation before assembly! Another application of the invention is in the model shown in Figure 14; panel (10) is mounted to the mounting hole (2d) on the side upright (2) through the connecting hole (1c) and to the mounting holes (2b) on the side upright (2) through the other connecting holes (1c) with the help of bolts and nuts. Another application of the invention is the model in Figure 15; panel (1) is mounted directly to the wall, door, window and other desired places without side uprights (2) through the mounting holes (1c). Mounting holes (1c) are also used in the lower part of panel (1) to ensure that panel (1) is mounted to the ground. Another application of the invention is in the model shown in Figure 16; panel (1) can be mounted from the inside of the wall by bending the edges of panel (1) inwards or by adding different connecting holes (1c) without side uprights (2). Connecting holes (1c) can also be used on the bottom of panel (1) to mount panel (1) to the floor. The system described in this invention can be used in all types of balcony and railing systems. The invention can be modified in terms of shape regardless of material and dimensions, the parts used can be rearranged, the number of parts used can be changed, different parts with similar properties can be used in place of the parts used, and the system can be used without some parts if desired. For example; -The lateral supports can be at right angles (Figure 8) or inclined outwards, inwards, convex, or have different angles (Figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7). - The system described in this invention can be used on French balconies or standard balconies. -Different D shapes of print, paint, wood, PVC coating can be applied on the side upright (2), pattern area® (2a) or panel (1) pattern areaD(lb). -Different D color SHU systems can be added on the side upright (2), pattern area®® (2a) or panel (1) pattern areaD(lb). - The material used in this invention can be black sheet metal, galvanized sheet metal, aluminum sheet metal, or stainless steel sheet metal. - If desired, the panel (1) can be used without the side uprights (2) by mounting it through the mounting holes (1c). - The system in question can be used on long balconies by adding the side panels together and joining the side uprights (2).
