Abstract
This invention relates to the technical field of metal casting, in particular to a fully automatic casting machine that can be used in metal liquid handling and casting processes, and its features are: a carrier frame system (1) that acts as a skeleton by holding the machine parts on it, a control unit (2) that controls the speed, position and movements of the mechanism, a casting ladle (3) through which the molten metal is conveyed and poured into molds, a ladle holder frame (4) that extends vertically mounted on the upper part of the casting ladle (3), a level electrode (5) that enables the casting ladle (3) to take the molten metal at the desired weight, at least 2 drive systems (6) located at both ends of the movable rail profile (13) that enable the movement of this profile in the x-axis, and a drive system (2) that enables the movement of the ladle holder frame (4) in the y-axis on the movable rail profile (13).The drive system (7) consists of a vertical drive system (8) mounted on the bucket holder frame (4) and enabling the movement of the casting bucket (3) in the z-axis, a rail lubrication unit (9) which serves to lubricate the rail profiles (12) to protect them from wear caused by friction, a servo motor (10) that powers the first drive system (6), a servo motor (11) that powers the vertical drive system (8), rail profiles (12) placed on certain parts of the carrier frame system (1) which serve as rails for the movement of the bucket unit and the mechanisms connected to this unit, and a movable rail profile (13) that houses the casting bucket (3) and its connected parts and can also move on the x-axis.
