-1 DESCRIPTION: WEAR INDICATOR ON GLASS-TOP CABINET DOORS Technical Area The present invention relates to glass-top cabinets in the interior equipment of trucks. The invention specifically relates to a wear protection system for glass top cabinet doors that overcomes the wear problem experienced in glass top cabinets in the truck interior. State of the Art The truck's interior features include overhead glass cabinets. The middle door of the overhead glass cabinet is opened and closed using locking levers. During opening and closing, the locking levers come into contact with the soft but visually appealing front cover, causing abrasion and eventually resulting in visible wear marks on the surface. This surface and quality problem necessitates a solution. The application numbered DE102019004186A1, regarding the known state of the art, describes a cabinet concept for a ceiling module. It describes a device for illuminating the driver's cab of a truck. The device offers functional integration, as the lighting element is used not only to illuminate the interior of the driver's cab but also the cargo compartment or luggage rack. However, it does not solve the problem of wear on glass-top cabinet doors. Application number DE10242470A1 also describes a cabinet concept, similarly detailing a mechanism operating with locking levers. The storage compartment in a motor vehicle consists of a lid, a closing flap, at least one lock, and at least one movable latch. -2 It has a closing device and at least one hinge. However, it does not solve the problem of wear on glass-top cabinet doors. In conclusion, new technical developments are needed to address the wear problem experienced on glass-top cabinet doors in trucks. Explanation of the Purposes of the Invention Based on the current state of the art, the aim of this invention is to develop a wear protection system for glass cabinet doors that eliminates the shortcomings of existing structures. Another aim of the invention is to develop a system that prevents wear in glass-top cabinets by extending a more robust lower section so that the locking handle strikes this surface. Another aim of the invention is to prevent wear on the coating of the glass-top cabinet during the opening and closing cycle. Another aim of the invention is to reduce wear by extending the partition wall, which is made of a harder material. Another aim of the invention is to obtain a visually better product and to develop a new technical solution to overcome the problem of wear. Another purpose of the invention is to prevent visible cracks from forming due to the opening and closing of the lids. Another aim of the invention is to develop a technical solution that prevents wear on soft materials without requiring any material modification. -3To achieve the aforementioned objectives, a wear protection system has been developed for glass-top cabinet doors, offering significant technical advantages. The middle cover (2) performs its opening and closing function via locking levers (3). When the button (4) is pressed, the locking levers (3) move vertically and the middle cover (2) is opened. To close the middle cover (2), the cover (2) is manually pushed and the locking levers (3) are placed in their slots in the partition wall (5). -4One of the lower parts of the glass top cabinet (1) is the front panel (6) and its material is PP-HIT17. When the middle door (2) is closed, the locking levers (3) come into contact with the front panel (6), which has a relatively soft material, and cause wear over time.
