[0031] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0032] The invention relates to post-operative wound wearable protective equipment that accelerates the healing of post-operative wounds in animals. The invention includes sections that can be cut and sewn for comforting the patient, allowing it to be shaped according to the patient's body structure, race and gender after being worn on the patient. For this purpose, it is produced from a fabric made of elastane, nonshedding and non-removable, mechanically doped with nano silver preparations by high temperature and pressure. In this respect, the fabric contains antimicrobial, antibacterial, antiviral, antiprotozoer and antifungal properties. The lamination of at least a two-layer fabric formed by lamination and burger technique with the mentioned strong elastane properties was also carried out using a strong elastane film layer without air and liquid permeability. In general use of the invention, a three-ply fabric is preferably available. The reason why it is preferably three-ply is that in a two-ply fabric structure, one of the plies must contain lamination and the lamination must remain on the inner surface of the invention. In two-ply fabrics, even if the lamination remains on the inner surface, the strength of the fabric decreases. The lamination can be damaged by the teeth or nails of the animal to be used on and the product loses its functional and design features. Preferably, a three-layer structure is used here, where the lamination remains in the middle. Due to the use of the burger technique, i.e., at least two layers, preferably three layers, the product fabric can be in different colors inside and outside. The different inner and outer color of the fabric of the invention is made by means of the Burger lamination technique. In the invention, the first layer, which is the lowest part obtained by lamination, is a colored fabric, the second layer is an air and liquid proof polyester film with high elasticity and the third layer is a colored fabric. The fact that the inner and outer colors of the fabric can be different provides the advantage of color preference in terms of design and use of the product. Also, different colored fabrics can be treated with different finishes, micro capsules and essential fatty acids (by encapsulation technique) to provide different advantages in production.

[0033] During the production of the fabric of the invention by lamination, finishes, microcapsules and essential fatty acids (by encapsulation technique) can be added to the fabric as specified in our patent application numbered 2016 / 05532. In the relevant application, these finishes are defined as at least one of Antimicrobial-antiallergenicity finish containing one of Ag+, Cu+2, Zn+2 cations, silver nitrate, citric acid, water- repellent and waterproofing finish containing a fluorocarbon-based substance, permethrin-containing parasitic chemical finish, dirt and stain repellent finish containing fluorocarbon based substance, hotness finish containing hot pepper sauce. However, in the aforementioned application, it is mentioned that only the inner surface may contain finishing, microcapsules and essential fatty acids (by encapsulation technique). Our invention subject to the application can be produced with different colors on the inside and different colors on the outside (can also be the same color), and each surface can be formed to contain a different finish, microcapsules and essential fatty acids (by encapsulation technique). In the case of different colors, the physician can easily remember which part contains which finish, microcapsules and essential fatty acids (by encapsulation technique). For example, only antimicrobial and antiallergic finishes can be applied to the fabric of color A on the inside of the invention, while antiparasitic finishes can be applied to the fabric of color B on the outside. This makes the fabric and thus the invention more advantageous in terms of use.

[0034] The body of the invention has a bottom-up connecting form. In other words, it is passed through the patient's paws and then tied at the back. Thus, while the patient's lower abdomen and between the legs are completely covered, the back can be partially exposed. The corsets in this field available in the prior technique includes a structure from top to bottom such that the lower abdomen is partially exposed. The invention includes a neck configuration so that the patient cannot remove the equipment under its own power and so that the invention is fixed to the body. This configuration is in the form of a neck leash (1). The neck leash (1 ), which is passed through the leash holes (1.1) in the part of the invention corresponding to the neck of the patient and tied on the neck, prevents the patient from getting out of the corset subject to the invention or the product from sliding backwards on the patient's body. The mentioned neck leash (1) has a thickness in the range of 1 cm to 1 .5 cm and is a three-thread knitted herringbone narrow woven structure made of cotton fabric. The neck leash (1 ) acts as a collar for securing the invention to the patient. However, in the process of fixing the invention to the patient and using the invention, it is important that the neck leash (1 ) is not damaged and does not cause allergic or traumatic problems in the tissues it comes into contact with. In our experiences during the R&D process, it has been observed that narrow woven cords and knitted thick threads in polyester structure cause cuts in the tissues they come into contact with. The same effect was experienced in the softer two-thread knitted narrow weaves. However, the three-strand herringbone narrow woven neck leash (1 ) made of cotton and having a tighter knitting structure used in our invention did not cause these disadvantages. The thickness of the leash (1 ) is related to the size and weight of the patient. For large dog patients 25 kg and over, a 1.5 cm leash (1 ) is used to make the leash (1 ) more durable, while for smaller dog and cat patients under 25 kg, a 1 cm leash (1 ) is used.

[0035] For the legs and tail included in the invention, the additional embodiments are a total of four large cutouts for the two front legs and the two rear legs and one cutout in the tail section (not shown in the figures). These cutouts allow the patient's legs to protrude through these incisions, and also contain leg-like protrusions so that leg apparatus can be added to be used in possible operations on the patient's leg. The same design applies to the tail area. It has a cut where the tail can come out and a trotter-style protrusion for the addition of additional tail apparatus to be used in possible operations on the patient's tail. The number of these cutouts and holes varies according to the sizes. Some of the existing holes are in the form of small round holes. These small round holes are there to guide the user during the customized shaping (cutting / sewing) of the product. The round holes are arranged to form a specific pattern under the abdomen. Thus, when the corset is put on after the patient is treated, it is shaped according to the patient's body, while the holes are followed and the corset is cut or sewn in a proper form.

[0039] Some of the holes (urinary orifices) (5) are located in the lower abdomen, just anterior to the posterior two legs, forming an elliptical shape (Figure 1 ). The invention serves as a guide for the "Urine orifice" which will be opened by cutting by the physician after the patient is dressed (Figure 11 shows the open view).

[0041] The transverse cutouts (7) (Figure 1) on both sides of the invention are formed with the main purpose of providing wound ventilation. In patients weighing up to 25 kg, the distance between the back and the lower abdomen / leg cavities is shorter. For this reason, 1 cm cutouts (7) within a specific pattern are sufficient. However, since the distance between the gaps between the velcro on the back and the under-abdominal / leg cavities is longer in patients weighing 25 kg or more, it was revealed during the R&D process that the cutouts (7) should be at least 1 .5 cm in order to ventilate the wound and prevent the growth of anaerobic microorganisms in this area.

[0042] During the production of the invention, the cutouts and holes described above are formed under 60 tons of pressure on an area of 1 .5 cm and by using sharp blades. The low amount of pressure causes the ventilation holes not to be opened, the cutout edge surfaces to be rough and the product to lose its function due to the enlargement of the holes over time, and the patient's organs such as the mammary gland to come out of these holes and cause irritation or necrosis. This is one of the most important technical effects of the invention. Otherwise, it is not possible to open these holes smoothly, with soft edges and in a standardized manner.

[0043] In the prior technic designs; the presence of leg cutouts, under-abdominal guide holes and holes in the front parts of the neck causes loss of strength at these points during the use of the product and deformations due to tears occur. Therefore, there are no cutouts and holes in these areas of our invention. It is not appropriate to have guide-holes and ventilation cutouts on the abdominal line (Linea Alba), which is accepted as the line of operation in the patient.

In our invention, the part of the velcro straps (3) in the back section, including the hooks, is positioned so as to coincide with the patient's back, and the loops are closed over them. This ensures that the feathers of the patients are less damaged during opening and closing. In other words, since the part containing the hooks will not be in direct contact with the feathers, the possibility of the patient's feathers being pinched or plucked is reduced. Otherwise positioning, i.e. when the hooks are the side to be opened and closed, can lead to the possibility of continuous hair plucking from the patient.

[0046] Apart from the above-mentioned features of the invention, it is important for the invention to be a medical invention that the seams (8) on the joining edges of the fabric pieces in the invention are made entirely by press stitching and the seams are outside. The stitch patterns on the seams (8), which are also used as edge ornaments, is made as "Z" zig-zag in order to increase the strength of the edges of the invention as well as to show the same flexibility with the fabric.

Claims

CLAIMS1. A wearable equipment for animals for post-operative wound protection characterized in that comprising;- a bottom-up fastening form,- a neck structuring so that the patient cannot remove the equipment under his own power and the invention is fixed to the body, in a form of a neck leash (1 ), which is tied on a nape of the neck by passing through a cord leash (1.1 ) in the part corresponding to the neck of the patient.- a total of four pieces for the two front legs and the back two legs, and one large cutout in the tail section, containing a leg apparatus with Velcro straps for use in operations on the patient's leg, and a tail apparatus for use in operations on the tail, with leg-style protrusions with holders corresponding to the Velcro straps, to which the tail apparatus can adhere,- two safety locks (2) on the shoulder head and the rump, fixed to each other by means of a parrot clip and ring to which these clips will be attached, preventing patients from removing the product in case of opening the velcro straps (3),- nipple orifices extending from bottom to top under the abdomen (4), on both sides of the torso, designed for more comfortable feeding of offspring in female patients who have undergone a caesarean section and to prevent the bond between mother and baby from being broken by not being able to reach the mother's wound,- a multiple of urinary orifice guide holes (5), designed to be incised open by the operator to allow male patients to urinate without removing the product, or a multiple of urinary orifice guide holes (6), arranged in the shape of an ellipse in front of the two posterior legs, designed to be incised open by the operator to allow the patient to urinate without removing the invention in female patients,- A multiple of transverse incisions (7) on the body which are 1 cm to 2.5 cm long, longitudinally from front to back at intervals of 2 to 3 cm, centered transversely across the incisions in the parallel row,- The incisions, holes and edge surfaces are formed in a soft and smooth manner during the production of the invention, the 1 .5 cm area is formed under 60 tons of pressure and using sharp blades,- Three to six Velcro straps (3) in a form of a half ellipse on the part of the body of the invention corresponding to the back of the patient and further comprising the hooks,- the seams (8) made entirely by press stitching at the joining edges of the fabric pieces forming the invention, a smooth and bump-free surface is formed at the fabric joints, the seams are on the outside and the stitch pattern is made in a "Z" zig-zag to increase the strength of the edges of the invention as well as to show the same flexibility as the fabric.

The wearable equipment for animals for post-operative wound protection according to claim 1 , characterized by the feature of being made from at least two layers of fabric created using the burger technique, utilizing a strong and elastic film layer with lamination that has no air and liquid permeability.

3. The wearable equipment for animals for post-operative wound protection according to claim 2, characterized in that comprising the interior and exterior of the product made in different colors.

4. The wearable equipment for animals for post-operative wound protection according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that comprising the inside and outside of the product fabric further comprises different finishes, microcapsules and volatile fatty acids.

5. The neck cord (1 ) according to claim 1 , characterized in that being made of cotton fabric, three threads knitted herringbone narrow weave structure, with a thickness in the range of 1 cm to 1 ,5 cm.
