Abstract

The invention creates an AI-based decision-making model that considers numerous criteria in the airline pilot selection process, such as socio-cognitive abilities, performance competencies, communication skills, visual perspective perception, and spatial working range. It processes and evaluates ambiguous, vague, and subjective data using fuzzy logic techniques (fuzzy TOPSIS, fuzzy VIKOR, and fuzzy PROMETHEE), ranks candidates, and converts them into fuzzy mathematical models using non-numerical linguistic terms. It enables the integration of qualitative and quantitative data in pilot selection, transforms uncertain data into reliable results, facilitates the successful ranking of candidate pilots, and helps companies select competent personnel for safe operations. This relates to the method of determining the pilot recruitment process using AI-based fuzzy multi-objective decision-making models that improve the pilot recruitment process and utilize an AI-based decision-making model application in the selection of pilots.
