Abstract

This invention relates to the design and production of patient and elderly care diapers that enhance ammonia absorption, provide odor control, and have skin-friendly properties using natural zeolite minerals such as clinoptilolite. It specifically concerns patient and elderly care diapers containing clinoptilolite, an innovative material that enhances user comfort and minimizes skin irritation and discomfort, especially during prolonged use. Its features include: a breathable absorbent surface skin-friendly top layer (2) that quickly absorbs urine and feces, keeping the skin dry; an absorbent layer containing clinoptilolite; an effective layer for ammonia absorption and odor control (4); a main absorbent layer located immediately below the clinoptilolite layer, composed of superabsorbent polymers and cellulose fibers, which quickly absorbs and traps urine and feces, has a high absorption capacity, and ensures dryness even during prolonged use (3); and a fibrous structure with high liquid absorption capacity that quickly absorbs excess liquid.It is characterized by an extra absorbent surface layer (5) which keeps the skin dry, a breathable protective layer (1) which forms the bottom surface of the diaper, reduces the risk of leakage and spillage, and a wearable outer protective layer (6) which forms the outermost surface of the diaper, is resistant to punctures and tears, provides extra security by preventing liquid leakage from the sides and bottom, keeps the diaper in place, provides user comfort, is breathable and maintains integrity.
