Abstract
The invention specifically relates to a system and method that stores personal information of flight passengers, including their seat information, details of the content they selected on the digital screen, and their preferred services, thereby enabling customer profiling and allowing the digital entertainment platform to offer personalized services to passengers, in addition to the content they selected, in order to improve customer satisfaction on future flights.
