Automatic Screw Spindle Driven AC / DC Electric Motor Winding Machine

Abstract

This involves winding copper wire around the armature and / or commutator rotor and stator blades of AC / DC electric motors using a 3D printer-like motion capability. Thus, instead of the pneumatic factory electric motor production techniques used in current electric motor factories, which involve compressors, hoses, filters, and complex brakes, I have developed a machine that uses electric motors for motion, enabling the production of more precise, quieter, practical, and diverse motors with just software updates.
