Abstract
This invention relates to a production monitoring and optimization system developed for use in production machines without analog or automation infrastructure. It collects production data through sensors, analyzes this data using an artificial intelligence algorithm to predict potential production errors, and sends suggestions and notifications to the operator via a mobile device. The system is designed to work with low-cost microcontrollers and establishes a bidirectional communication mechanism between the operator and the system. In upgradeable versions, it is also possible to automatically adjust production parameters based on the analysis results. This aims to increase efficiency in production processes, reduce error rates, and digitally transform manual machinery.
