Abstract
This invention relates to a biological rebalancing system, applied orally and topically, based on the principle of biological synchronization, aimed at simultaneously reducing the rate of metabolic slowdown, hormonal imbalance, and dermal aging processes that occur in postmenopausal women aged 50 and over. The system described in this invention consists of a first phase, administered orally, creating a systemic biochemical environment, and a second, topical phase applied to the skin, designed to respond biologically to this systemic biochemical environment. The first phase contains biologically active components that exert a systemic effect on energy metabolism, inflammatory response, mineral-vitamin balance, and hormonal adaptation mechanisms; the second phase aims to activate dermal fibroblasts, support collagen and elastin synthesis, strengthen epidermal barrier function, and restore dermal mineral balance. The distinctive feature of the invention is that the systemic biochemical environment created by the oral phase directly or indirectly influences the dermal bioavailability, cellular response, or effect profile of the topical phase, and that this biological interaction results in a biological rebalancing effect that cannot be achieved with the use of either the oral or topical phases alone. This biological rebalancing effect occurs through the holistic and simultaneous slowing down of metabolic, hormonal, and dermal aging processes, rather than independently. This effect can only be achieved when the oral and topical phases are used together and in a manner that is biologically synchronized. This biological rebalancing effect can be detected directly or indirectly through biochemical markers, dermal function parameters, and / or metabolic response indicators; the biological rebalancing effect is measurable using statistical, biochemical, cellular, or functional parameters. The system is designed to maintain a rebalancing effect based on biological synchronization even when oral and topical phases are applied simultaneously, sequentially, in stages, or according to a protocol. It is suitable for individual and professional use in cosmetic, dermocosmetic, and nutraceutical fields. Biological synchronization is based not only on the timing of combined use but also on the systemic biochemical environment created after oral phase application, which alters dermal response thresholds even before topical phase application. This system is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease; it is not pharmacological, therapeutic, or hormone replacement therapy. The effects described should be considered as functional adaptations occurring within a biological support and cosmetic / nutraceutical framework.
