Abstract
The invention relates to a heat exchanger system in the field of magnetic field-controlled nanofluid applications, heat transfer systems, and heat exchanger technologies; it enables increased heat transfer efficiency in concentric tube heat exchangers by using nanofluids with magnetic properties. By integrating an electromagnet rotation mechanism into conventional heat exchanger systems and creating a magnetic field through electromagnets, it allows for the orientation of nano-sized magnetic particles, minimizing pressure losses in conventional heat exchangers and enabling dynamic control of heat transfer performance. It has a modular design that can be used in experimental research in a laboratory environment, allowing for parametric analysis of heat exchanger performance through experiments conducted under different magnetic field strengths, directions, flow rates, and nanofluid concentrations.
