Abstract

The invention relates to an intelligent warehouse management system for monitoring environmental conditions and ensuring security in storage areas used in various sectors. Current warehouse management systems have shortcomings in the real-time and centralized monitoring of environmental risks such as temperature, humidity, fire, and smoke, which can negatively affect the safety and quality of stored products. This invention was developed to eliminate this technical problem. The system developed within the scope of this invention consists of four main components: an RF transmitter module, an RF receiver module, an RF repeater module, and a sensor group. Environmental data collected via the RF transmitter module is transmitted directly or via the repeater module to the RF receiver module through a long-range wireless communication infrastructure, and from there it is transferred to a computer environment. The system can monitor critical parameters such as temperature / humidity, smoke, flame / spark, and fire / heat through multiple sensors, and can be expanded with different sensor types such as air quality, flood, motion, and door control. Thanks to the developed software interface, data can be monitored in real-time, recorded, reported, and the user can be warned if the defined limit values are exceeded. The invention features a scalable structure suitable for different warehouse types and control center scenarios, offering reliable data transmission and centralized control over long distances, enabling efficient management of warehouse security, product tracking, and operational processes.

Description

SMART WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS Technical Field of the Invention This invention is used in warehouse management systems, environmental data monitoring technologies, and wireless communications. (RF) systems are related to security and environmental conditions in storage areas. It relates to intelligent systems for monitoring. State of the Art Current warehouse management systems deal with environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, fire, and smoke. The real-time and centralized monitoring of parameters is limited. These systems are generally local. It performs measurements and utilizes long-distance data transmission, centralized control, and multiple sensors. It falls short in terms of integration. This situation can lead to damage to stored products, delayed detection of safety risks, and This leads to deficiencies in operational control. Purpose of the Invention The purpose of this invention is to provide instantaneous, centralized, and reliable monitoring of environmental conditions in warehouses. It enables monitoring and can perform long-range <10 km wireless data transmission (RF). The goal is to develop an intelligent warehouse management system that enables the integration of multiple sensors. Description of the Invention The invention consists primarily of the following components:  RF Transmitter Module  RF Receiver Module  RF Repeater Module  Sensor Group RF Transmitter Module The RF transmitter module, thanks to its RF transceiver unit and special RF antennas, provides approximately 10 It can transmit data over distances of up to km. The transmitter module has a modular structure. Thanks to this, different sensor groups (air quality, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon monoxide, etc.) can be selected as desired. It also enables it to work. In addition, thanks to the input ports on the device. the integration of water leak sensors, motion sensors and door control sensors provides. On the module: • Temperature / Humidity sensors 1. Flame / Spark sensors  Fire / Heat sensors  Smoke sensors  Input / Output ports  USB port • RFID card reader port  LCD screen  Power input and RF antenna port It is located. RF Receiver Module The RF receiver module receives data transmitted via a transmitter module or repeater module. It transfers it to a computer environment. Module:  RF receiver module  USB port  LCD screen  Power input It includes. RF Repeater Module The RF repeater module receives data from the transmitter module and transmits the signal over longer distances. It enables transmission and transfers it to the RF receiver module. Furthermore, the modular structure of the system allows for storage and... It should also be scalable according to the number of control centers (RF transmitter modules and RF receiver modules). provides. Sensor Group System;  Temperature / Humidity  Smoke  Fire / Heat  Flame / Spark It includes sensors and also:  Air quality sensors (CO, CO₂, etc.)  Flood sensors • Motion sensors  Magnetic door sensors It is expandable with up to 35 different sensors. 2. How the System Works Measurement data obtained via sensors and input ports is transmitted to the RF transmitter module. This data is collected and evaluated. This data is transmitted directly or via an RF repeater module to an RF receiver. The data is transmitted to the module. The RF receiver module transfers this measurement data to the computer via the USB port. Through the developed desktop software:  Real-time data monitoring  Data recording and reporting  Limit exceeding warnings  Sensor calibration  Warehouse-based analysis  RFID card and person identification  Sensor definitions  RF antenna measurement signal level inquiry  Sensor integrity tests is carried out. Application Methods The system can be installed in different configurations depending on the number of storage areas and the distance. Example:  1 Transmitter – 1 Repeater – 1 Receiver  2 Transmitters – 1 Repeater – 2 Receivers The system has a modular structure and can be expanded according to needs. 3
