Abstract
This invention relates to a smart packaging design system that generates QR codes and can be used in smart packaging technologies, anti-counterfeit packaging solutions, the pharmaceutical industry, the cosmetics industry, food and beverage packaging, premium brand products, and electronic and small household appliance packaging. Its features include: a QR code sub-pixel separation module (10) that separates the QR code matrix into sub-pixel particles, an optical degradation algorithm (20) that repositions the sub-pixel particles in a way that disrupts optical integrity, a fold line analysis unit (30) that analyzes the fold lines on the packaging, a geometric folding simulation engine (40) that simulates the physical folding movement of the packaging in a virtual environment, an optical alignment calculation module (50) that calculates the QR alignment coordinates that will be formed after folding, and a distributed pixel placement system (60) that distributes the sub-pixel particles on the packaging surface. It includes a hidden pixel arrangement structure (70) that creates a meaningless and optically unreadable visual structure on the open packaging, a print data generation module (80) that converts distributed pixel data into print format, a standard print integration infrastructure (90) that ensures production compatibility with printing systems, a physical surface matching structure (100) that enables the merging of sub-pixels on different surfaces after folding, a geometric verification mechanism (110) that ensures QR readability only in the correct folding geometry, a secure optical access structure (120) that prevents the QR code from being read in case of incorrect folding, a physical-geometric security system (130) that provides physical folding-based security, and a material-free security architecture (140) that provides optical alignment-based protection without requiring an additional security component.
