Abstract
The invention encompasses a multiparameter method and system for the molecular and biophysical characterization of human or mammalian hair samples under ex vivo / in vitro conditions. The method measures the basal Raman / FTIR spectral profile, basal QCM-D acoustic / mass profile, and basal BIS dielectric profile of the hair keratin matrix. Subsequently, a substance-specific THz / EM stimulation frequency belonging to the target substance or substance category is applied to the analysis cell, and the post-stimulation profile is recorded. The differential deviation parameters between the basal profile and the post-stimulation profile are calculated. These deviations are normalized with standard deviation values obtained from blank sensor measurements, negative control matrices, and unstimulated control samples to calculate the Differential Response Index. The system output is not a medical diagnosis but a technical characterization classification. The invention offers multi-sensor fusion and control-based normalization above single-parameter analysis methods by enabling the measurement of differential physical response to substance-specific stimulation on the hair keratin matrix.
