Abstract
The invention relates to intraosseous nailing systems developed for the fixation of intertrochanteric, subtrochanteric, and unstable hip fractures occurring in the proximal femur (the portion of the femur close to the shaft), in the field of bone surgery and mechanical fixation. It concerns a nailing system and application method that optimizes load distribution and increases rotational stability through the arrangement of multiple fixation elements within the femoral head and neck.
