Abstract
The invention relates to an integrated health simulation system (100) and computer-implemented method that generates time-dependent multilayer digital models from biological and clinical data. The system processes data from different sources on a common unit, coordinate system, and timeline, linking digital models at the cell, organoid, tissue, organ, human body, patient, and health facility levels through common state variables. The temporal virtual cadaver model (133), created using a reference human model (131) and a person-specific human model (132), represents anatomical, physiological, and biomechanical states at selectable time points between zero and one hundred years of age. The growth and aging engine (155) generates possible forward time paths from the selected starting state, while the backward state reconstruction unit (156) calculates possible states prior to current measurements and verified past events using inverse problem solving. The Digital Health CV unit (230) updates the digital model based on timestamped health events and maintains previous versions. The Solver Orchestration unit (150) performs co-simulation with data transfer between biomechanics, fluid dynamics, electrophysiology, pharmacokinetics, metabolic, and healthcare facility solvers. Calculated states are displayed in an XR environment, and haptic feedback is generated based on user interaction. Virtual surgery, experiments, modeling, and training activities performed within the system are stored in the Professional and Scientific Digital CV unit (240) as traceable records with model version, performance data, timestamps, and validation information. The Validation and Security Gate (200) prevents the presentation of inappropriate output for clinical purposes by comparing data quality, model validation level, software version, and uncertainty value for intended use.
