Abstract
This invention relates to a system (1) developed to ensure that a balance between cost and performance is established during traffic routing in service provider backbone networks and inter-domain exit points, that peering or transit service costs are optimized in a multi-target manner by considering energy prices and capacity risk, and that selected routes or policies are verified and continuously updated with live telemetry.
