Abstract

This invention relates to a chain stripping device (4) which ensures the safe and controlled separation of the chain links (2) from the gear wheel (3) protrusions in gear-chain systems that provide power transmission in the motion mechanisms used in profile facade systems (1). The invention aims to solve the problem of chain adhesion, especially caused by high-viscosity greases. The chain stripping device (4) includes a stripping protrusion (5) positioned at the point where the chain links (2) must be separated from the gear wheel (3) according to the direction of rotation of the gear wheel (3). This stripping protrusion (5) provides mechanical contact with the chain links (2), moving them away from the gear wheel (3) and preventing uncontrolled stresses, slack and deformations that may occur in the chain (2). The device (4) has a mounting body (6) designed to be mounted on the main carrier profile of the profile facade system (1) and can be easily integrated with fastening elements (8).This extends the system's lifespan, reduces maintenance needs, and ensures more stable, quiet, and vibration-free operation.
