Abstract
The present invention relates to a face shield that provides protection against liquid splashes and external factors, used particularly in the fields of personal protective equipment, occupational safety equipment, healthcare, and industrial applications. In the current state of the art, existing face shields suffer from technical and structural problems, including: lack of ergonomics for prolonged use; complex construction despite incorporating movable or rotating mechanisms; damage or breakage of locking elements or body components during visor replacement, rendering the product unusable; and cumbersome assembly processes requiring tools. The primary aim of this invention is to eliminate the aforementioned disadvantages and offer the user superior practicality. The developed system features an optimized modular mounting structure where the visors are aligned directly onto the main body by the user in a single motion, without the need for any additional mounting tools, screws, or complex hinged equipment, and can be removed practically. Furthermore, thanks to the specially shaped airflow channel integrated into the design, air circulation is ensured inside during prolonged use, minimizing the risk of fogging on the visor and enhancing user comfort by allowing for easier breathing. The invention offers significant advantages over the current state of the art with its tool-free and quick changeability, high mechanical strength, fracture-resistant body structure, optimized ergonomic airflow design, and anti-fog structure.
