Abstract

The invention relates to a window frame system with thermal management and condensation control mechanisms aimed at controlling heat transfer, limiting condensation, and increasing energy efficiency in window frame systems. The system manages heat transfer and balances temperature distribution through multi-stage thermal barriers, thermal bridge-preventing insulation structures, micro-air circulation channels, thermal equalization volumes, and passive air circulation zones created within the profile cross-section. Furthermore, condensate collection, channeling, and drainage mechanisms, along with moisture and pressure equalization structures, work together to control and remove condensation that may form within the profile and regulate moisture movement. In addition, the thermal insulation performance, structural strength, and service life of the system are enhanced by replaceable insulation modules, heat-reflective surfaces, and profile reinforcement structures. Thus, heat losses in the window frame system are reduced, condensation formation is limited, balanced thermal management is ensured along the profile cross-section, and energy efficiency is increased.
