Abstract

The invention relates to a panel (P) structure made of polypropylene material for use in the construction industry for floor, wall and ceiling coverings of buildings. The panel (P) consists of a polypropylene-based body, a first channel (2) and a second channel (3) extending within the panel (P), a grid-shaped internal structure associated with these channels (2, 3), a connecting slot (5) and a connecting protrusion (4) enabling the panels (P) to be connected side by side, a hidden screwing surface (6) enabling the panel (P) to be fixed to the carrier profiles, and a coex-coated surface (1) on the outer surface of the panel (P). Thanks to the channeled (2, 3) and grid structure created within the panel (P), thermal and sound insulation is provided; the strength of the panel is increased and its resistance to combustion is improved by adding a mixture (compound) containing glass fiber and flame retardant to the polypropylene raw material. Thanks to the connecting slot (5) and connecting protrusion (6), multiple panels (P) can be placed side by side to create a floor, wall and / or ceiling surface. The fixing is done via a hidden screwing surface (6), and the screws, etc., are covered by the next panel (P), preventing them from being visible from the outside. The coex coated surface (1) created on the surface of panel (P) allows the panel (P) to be made in the desired color and appearance. In this way, a lightweight, easy-to-assemble, stackable, interlocking and hidden connection building cladding panel (P) is obtained. (Figure-5)
