Abstract

The invention relates to an integrated electronic monitoring and recording system that enables the electronic monitoring, recording, and remote observation of voltage absence checks performed with insulated voltage test rods before maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting operations in electrical transmission and distribution networks, particularly in medium and high voltage installations, substations, modular cells, and power transmission lines. This system evaluates the voltage status obtained through capacitive sensing by correlating it with measurement time, geographical location, and date-time information, stores this data in the device's permanent memory, and transmits it wirelessly to a remote computer.
