Abstract

A picking device is capable of automatic resizing. The picking device can automatically adjust the size itself, and at the same time support both of an upper cover and a lower cover of a separation jig. The picking device includes a fixed seat, a movable seat, at least one first power source, at least two fasteners and a plurality of suction cups. The first power source is disposed on the fixed seat. The movable base is connected to the first power source. Both of the suction cups and the fasteners are disposed on the fixed seat and the movable seat. The movable seat can be pushed through the first power source to switch to different sizes, so that the fasteners and the suction cups can be used to hold jigs of different sizes and to pick and place the jigs and plates. The picking device further includes a conveying mechanism that includes a driving device, a transmission mechanism and a plurality of roller sets. The driving device can drive the roller sets to rotate and to convey the jigs moving forward through the transmission mechanism. An ejector rod device is provided and can be used to touch the upper cover to facilitate the separation of the upper cover and the lower cover.

Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] This invention relates to a pick-and-place device that can automatically adjust its size, and more particularly to an arm device for picking and placing jigs and plates with upper and lower covers. [Previous Technology]

[0002] Existing fixtures may include an upper cover and a lower cover. The fixture can be used to place plates to facilitate the transport of the plates. The fixture and plates can be picked up and transferred by a robotic arm. However, existing robotic arms can only be used for fixtures of a single specification and cannot be used for fixtures of different sizes, which inevitably causes inconvenience in use. Claims

1. An automatically adjustable size pick-and-place device for picking up and placing a fixture, the fixture comprising an upper cover and a lower cover, the pick-and-place device comprising: One fixed base; One movable seat; At least one first power source is disposed on the fixed base, and the movable base is connected to the first power source, the first power source being capable of pushing the movable base; at least two fastening members are respectively disposed on the fixed base and the movable base; and a plurality of suction cups are respectively disposed on the fixed base and the movable base, wherein the first power source is capable of pushing the movable base, causing the two fastening members disposed on the fixed base and the movable base to change their spacing, so that the two fastening members can be used to fasten the fixture of different sizes, and the suction cups are capable of picking up the fixture.

7. The automatically adjustable pick-and-place device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pick-and-place device further includes a conveying mechanism disposed below the two fasteners and the suction cups, the conveying mechanism being used to convey the fixture.

The automatically adjustable pick-and-place device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the conveying mechanism includes a drive device, a transmission mechanism and a plurality of roller sets, the transmission mechanism being connected between the drive device and the roller sets, the drive device being able to drive the roller sets to rotate via the transmission mechanism, and the fixture being able to be placed on the roller sets to convey the fixture forward through the roller sets.

The automatically adjustable loading and unloading device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the conveying mechanism is provided with at least one push rod device, the push rod device including a second pushing device and at least one push rod, the push rod being connected to the second pushing device, the second pushing device being capable of pushing the push rod upward to abut against the upper cover of the fixture.

The automatically adjustable size pick-and-place device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the conveying mechanism is provided with at least two positioning devices, each of the two positioning devices including a third pushing device and at least one positioning rod, the positioning rod being connected to the third pushing device, the third pushing device being able to push the positioning rod so that the positioning rods of the two positioning devices can abut against both sides of the lower cover of the fixture.
