Abstract
This invention discloses a macrocyclic compound, pharmaceutical compositions thereof, and uses. The invention provides a compound of formula (I), a solvate thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The disclosed compounds can be used as TNFα inhibitors and can be used to treat inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
