Abstract

The present invention provides a class of compounds containing aromatic fused rings, pharmaceutical compositions and applications thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides a compound I' or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which have one or more of the following advantages: (1) novel structure; (2) good opening effect on KCNQ2 / 3 channels; (3) relatively weak opening activity on KCNQ4 and KCNQ5; (4) good KCNQ2 / 3 selectivity; (5) low toxicity; (6) good in vivo efficacy and good anti-epileptic effect; (7) excellent safety window; (8) good brain-blood ratio and (9) good brain and blood concentrations.
