Abstract

This invention provides a composition for holographic recording media that can suppress the formation of chromophores / emitters derived from oxime ester photopolymerization initiators, effectively suppressing light loss and tonal variations in displayed images without significantly reducing holographic characteristics. The holographic recording media composition of this invention contains the following components (a) to (f): Component (a): An isocyanate compound without aromatic rings and methacrylate groups; Component (b): A polycaprolactone polyol; Component (c): An acrylate monomer; Component (d): An oxime ester photopolymerization initiator; Component (e): A compound having nitrocellulose and isocyanate reactive functional groups; Component (f): A compound having isocyanate and methacrylate groups, or a compound having isocyanate reactive functional groups and methacrylate groups.
