Abstract
The present invention provides novel capsid variants comprising a first amino acid sequence comprising the amino acid sequence RGDR (SEQ ID NO: 4286) or RGDY (SEQ ID NO: 4287) and a second amino acid sequence comprising the amino acid sequence RGD. These novel capsid variants de-target liver tissue and target muscle and heart tissue.
