Grouting and filling methods

Abstract

The objective of this invention is to ensure that grout is uniformly filled into the joint and that grouting is easily filled when beam members are joined to precast concrete column members from the side. A plurality of beam reinforcement joints 54 are embedded in the beam member 5; each beam reinforcement joint 54 has a square end 52s of the main beam reinforcement 52 and a main beam reinforcement 27A, 27B for connecting to the column member 2 inserted into it; a connecting passage 58 is formed in the beam member 5, the connecting passage 58 extends from the internal space of the beam reinforcement joint 54 to the surfaces 51s, 51t other than the end face 5f and connects to the outside; the grouting filling method includes: a joint template setting process, in which a joint template 90 is set in such a way that it blocks the joint space ZS between the beam member 5 and the column member 2 below and to the side; and a grouting filling process, in which grout G is pressed into one connecting passage 58C and filling begins (arrow DR1), and then the filling of grout G is stopped after confirming that grout G has been discharged from all connecting passages 58 except one connecting passage 58C (arrow DR5).
