According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for processing discount information of a payment card can be provided. The apparatus of the present invention can be configured as follows: receiving request information from a user's terminal for a first page associated with a target product; identifying one or more candidate payment cards that offer a discount on the settlement amount of the target product when used as a payment method for the target product; determining a target payment card to be recommended to the user from among the one or more candidate payment cards based on the user's payment method management history; generating discount price information for the target product based on the discount offered by the target payment card on the settlement amount of the target product; generating first display information for displaying the first page and transmitting it to the user's terminal, the first page including the discount price information of the target product.
