Composite substrate and its manufacturing method

Abstract

A composite substrate with excellent electrical properties is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the composite substrate sequentially comprises: a crystalline support substrate, a modified layer of the aforementioned support substrate after crystalline modification, and an active layer. The oxygen concentration in the support substrate is less than 1.0 × 10¹⁸ atoms / cm³.
