Process for making skeletal specimen plate and skeletal specimen plate

Abstract

A process for making skeletal specimen plat is provided, including following steps: providing an animal skeletal specimen; providing a mold; placing the animal skeletal specimen into the mold; pouring cement slurry into the mold to cover the animal skeletal specimen within the mold; and, after the cement slurry has dried and solidified to form a cement plate body containing the animal skeletal specimen, removing the cement plate body from the mold. A skeletal specimen plate is further provided, including: a cement body; and an animal skeletal specimen, at least partially embedded and fixed within the cement body, with at least a portion of it exposed on the surface of the cement body.
