Abstract

The emulsion disclosed herein comprises: a liquid emulsion containing a cationic surfactant, an aliphatic alcohol having 12 to 28 carbon atoms, and water; and hydrogen gas in a bubbly state, wherein the volume (cm3) of the hydrogen gas in the bubbly state relative to 100 g of the liquid emulsion is set to be 0.1 vol% [v / W] to 100 vol% [v / W].
