Abstract

The purpose of this invention is to provide magnesium glycine with a high magnesium concentration. In differential scanning calorimetry, the magnesium glycine of this invention has a value S1 / S2 that is 0 or more but less than 7, obtained by dividing the area S1 of the endothermic peak with an initial temperature in the range of 230°C to 255°C by the area S2 of the endothermic peak with an initial temperature in the range of 330°C to 370°C.
