Hydrochloric acid salt of a 5-ht2c agonist

Abstract

A crystalline (R)-N-(2,2-difluoroethyl)-7-methyl-1,2,3,4,6,7-hexahydro-[1,4]diazapolo[6,7,1-hi]indole-8-methamide (compound 1) hydrochloric acid (HCl) salt is provided. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising this salt and methods of use thereof are also provided. Provided is crystalline (R)-N-(2,2-difluoroethyl)-7-methyl-l,2,3,4,6,7-hexahydro-[l,4]diazepino[6,7,l-hi]indole-8-carboxamide (Compound 1) hydrochloric acid (HCl) salt. Also provided pharmaceutical compositions comprising the salt form and methods for its use.
