Provided herein are methods of treating diseases, disorders, or conditions including cancers, where the methods comprise administration of Compound 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in combination with a CDK inhibitor or a selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD), as described herein. Such methods may comprise the treatment of cancer, such as breast cancer.
