Abstract
The present invention provides a method for preparing a PRMT5 inhibitor of phthalazinone compounds (formula (S)) and its intermediate. The reaction route of this method is novel, the reaction conditions are mild, the operation is simple, the reaction yield is high, the product purity is high, and the post-treatment is convenient. It is suitable for industrial production.
