Abstract

The present invention provides a liquid pharmaceutical composition of an anti-IL-1β antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, a lyophilized powder formulation, and uses thereof. The liquid pharmaceutical composition comprises the anti-IL-1β antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, a buffer system, a stabilizer, a surfactant, an optionally added viscosity-reducing agent, and an optionally added pH adjuster. The components in the liquid pharmaceutical composition of the present invention act synergistically to maintain the stability of the antibody, protecting the antibody drug from degradation or aggregation during manufacturing, storage, and administration.
