Abstract
Provided herein are aqueous pharmaceutical formulations comprising high concentrations of an isolated anti-Aβ protofibril antibody or a fragment thereof that binds to human Aβ protofibrils, such as BAN2401, arginine, polysorbate 80, and a pharmaceutically acceptable buffer.
