Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of biomedical technology, specifically relating to drug conjugates, pharmaceutical compositions, their preparation methods, and uses. Specifically, this invention relates to linker drug conjugates having the structure shown in formula (I), as well as antibody drug conjugates, pharmaceutical compositions, their preparation methods, and uses prepared from compounds shown in formula (I). The definitions of each group in the compound of formula (I) are detailed in the specification. The antibody drug conjugates provided by this invention exhibit good inhibitory effects on tumor cells.
