Abstract
Claims
1. A screw feeder with screening and sorting function, comprising: a feeding platform; a feeder tray disposed on the feeding platform, the feeder tray having a working position for placing screws, the feeder tray being able to rotate on the feeding platform along its own central axis, the screws being placed on the working position and moving synchronously with the feeder tray; A first screening component is disposed below the feeding platform. The first screening component is used to sort long screws. The first screening component includes a first screening section and a lifting section. The first screening section at least partially blocks the movement path of the long screw. During the movement of the long screw following the material tray, the screw is blocked by the first screening section and disengages from the working position. The lifting section is used to lift the screw that has passed through the first screening section from the working position. A second screening component is disposed on the feeding platform. The second screening component is used to sort short screws. The second screening component includes a parts channel and a second screening section. The parts channel has parts drop-outs and the second screening section arranged opposite each other on both sides along the width direction. The screw that has passed through the first screening section enters the parts channel and is lifted from the working position by the lifting section. During the movement of the short screw following the material tray, the second screening section protrudes from the movement path of the short screw. The nut of the short screw is blocked by the second screening section. The second screening section pushes the short screw out of the working position and into the parts drop-out.

The screw feeder with screening and sorting function as described in claim 1, wherein the screws include standard screws, long screws and short screws, the standard screws are screws that meet the length requirements, the long screws are screws with a length greater than the length requirements, and the short screws are screws with a length less than the length requirements.

The screw feeder with screening and sorting function as described in claim 2, wherein the lifting part is configured as an inclined structure connected to the first screening part, the inclined structure including an inclined part and a flat part, and the two ends of the inclined part being connected to the flat part and the first screening part, respectively.

6. The screw feeder with screening and sorting function as described in claim 2, wherein the second screening component is further provided with a window communicating with the part channel, the window being used to view the screening status of the short screws.

The screw feeder with screening and sorting function as described in claim 2, wherein the screw feeder with screening and sorting function further includes a part guide groove disposed at the bottom of the feeding platform, the part guide groove being used to recover the sorted long screws and the short screws.

A screw feeder with screening and sorting function as described in claim 7, wherein the first screening section and the feeding platform have an inclined guide surface on the side near the feeder tray, the long screw is blocked by the first screening section and disengaged from the working position, the nut of the long screw is hung on the surface of the feeding platform and falls into the part guide groove under the guidance of the guide surface.
