Abstract

A method of fabricating a one-piece formed heat dissipation structure, including pushing a metal blank through a shaping mode to form an extruded body, and the extruded body includes a first surface, a second surface, and a plurality of ridge portions continuously arranged and protruding upward from the first surface. A first cutting process is performed on the ridge portions of the extruded body to form a plurality of separation channels and ridge-shaped heat dissipation strips adjacent to each separation channel, and each of the separation channels passes through the ridge portions in a direction perpendicular to the first surface and extends to the first surface.
