Abstract

[Problem] To provide an anomaly detection system capable of detecting anomalies in a manufacturing apparatus and diagnosing the state of the manufacturing apparatus without placing an excessive burden on the control device executing the operation control of the manufacturing apparatus. [Solution] The anomaly detection system includes: an anomaly detection device for detecting anomalies in the manufacturing apparatus; a control device for executing the operation control of the manufacturing apparatus and transmitting operation data; a sensor for detecting the movement of the manufacturing apparatus or product-related physical quantities and outputting sensed value data; and a diagnostic device. The anomaly detection device determines the presence or absence of an anomaly in the manufacturing apparatus based on the operation data transmitted from the control device and the sensed value data output from the sensor, and transmits the determination result to the control device. Additionally, the anomaly detection device transmits the operation data and sensed value data to the diagnostic device; the diagnostic device diagnoses the state of the manufacturing apparatus based on past sensed value data stored in a database and the received data, and transmits the diagnostic result to the anomaly detection device. The anomaly detection device transmits the diagnostic result to the control device.
