Abstract

This invention provides an enzyme composition for compost-free fermentation, comprising: an enzyme substrate, accounting for 80% ± 5%, rich in nutrients, which can be used as an excipient and nutrient source, and provides a high-temperature environment for probiotics to hide; a thermophilic bacterium, accounting for 5% ± 2%, larger than ordinary bacteria, which, when mixed with the enzyme substrate, can withstand temperatures up to 120°C, and can eliminate miscellaneous bacteria, weeds, pests, and insect eggs; a protein-degrading enzyme, accounting for 5% ± 2%, which can easily decompose proteins after heating and allow probiotics to survive; an activator, accounting for 5% ± 2%, which can provide a carbon source for probiotics and activate their activity; and a deodorizer, accounting for 5% ± 2%, which can eliminate the odor of poultry and livestock manure; thereby achieving low cost, high temperature resistance, and full utilization of fermentation effect.
