Abstract

This invention discloses a perfluoroelastomer that satisfies requirement 1 and has crosslinking groups. (Requirement 1) Under nitrogen atmosphere, the temperature is increased from 40°C to 90°C at an initial temperature of 40°C at a heating rate of 10°C / min, and then held at 90°C for 120 minutes. After that, the temperature is increased from 90°C to 200°C at a heating rate of 1°C / min, and then held at 200°C for 240 minutes. After that, the temperature is increased from 200°C to 305°C at a heating rate of 1°C / min and held at 305°C for 720 minutes. During this process, the weight reduction rate is less than 1.8% by mass.
