Abstract

[Problem] This invention provides a novel filler material, etc. [Solution] A filler material is prepared by processing a co-modified polysiloxane, wherein the co-modified polysiloxane has a viscosity in the range of 400 to 100,000 mPa•s at 25°C, and comprises one or more reactive functional groups selected from the group consisting of epoxy groups, alkoxy groups, and phenolic hydroxyl groups, and a polyether structure.
