Abstract

One embodiment of the present invention is an aluminum alloy plate for a can lid, wherein the silicon content is 0.20% by mass or more and 0.40% by mass or less, the iron content is 0.35% by mass or more and 0.60% by mass or less, the copper content is 0.10% by mass or more and 0.30% by mass or less, the manganese content is 0.50% by mass or more and 1.0% by mass or less, the magnesium content is 2.3% by mass or more and 4.4% by mass or less, the balance is composed of aluminum, etc., the total content of iron and manganese is 1.4% by mass or less, the area ratio of Al-Fe-Mn and Mg2Si is 3.0% or less, and the minimum evaluation value Smin is 380 MPa or more in the 0° direction, 45° direction and 90° direction relative to the rolling direction, respectively, according to the following formula (1).
